At WEARECULTURE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
